Jagravi Marham for Ayurvedic expectorant and pain reliever ointment

Apply Jagravi Marham thoroughly on the chest, back and forehead (where we apply tilak), nose and tip of the nose and pat it with a cloth on top. After applying the ointment, apply this ointment for at least three days. Stay away from fans or as per medical advice. Note: Children should first apply the ointment on both their palms and then apply it very lightly on the chest and back if breathing is difficult, then apply the ointment a little on the tip of the nose.
